Barbados, known as Bim to locals, is truly a breath of fresh air. There is a beach almost everywhere you go and there is so much to see and do here. You can kick things off in January for the Barbados Jazz Festival held at the island’s scenic Farley Hill Park.

Visit the Harrison Caves where limestone can be found and check out Barbados’ flora and fauna at the Andromeda Botanical Gardens. History about Barbados can be explored at the Barbados Museum. Barbados is also known for its slave plantations which have been converted into a tourist attraction as well as the George Washington House where the former President lived outside of his US home.
