India (Hindi: भारत Bhārat; see also other Indian languages), officially the Republic of India (Hindi: भारत गणराज्य Bhārat Gaṇarājya), is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh largest country by geographical area, the second most populous country and the most populous democracy in the world. Bounded by the Indian Ocean on the south, the Arabian Sea on the west, and the Bay of Bengal on the east, India has a coastline of 7,517 kilometers (4,671 mi). It borders Pakistan to the west; China, Nepal, and Bhutan to the north-east; and Bangladesh and Burma to the east. India is in the vicinity of Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Indonesia in the Indian Ocean.

Home to the Indus Valley Civilization and a region of historic trade routes and vast empires, the Indian subcontinent was identified with its commercial and cultural wealth for much of its long history. The Emirate of Fujairah covers 1,150 km² (440 sq mi), or about 1.5% of the area of the U.A.E. Its population is around 130,000 inhabitants. Only the Emirate of Umm al-Quwain has fewer occupants.

Fujairah is the only Emirate of the U.A.E. that is almost totally mountainous. All the other Emirates, like Dubai and Abu Dhabi are located on the west coast, and are largely covered by desert. Therefore, Fujairah boasts a higher than average yearly rainfall, allowing farmers in the region to produce one meaningful crop every year.

The weather is seasonal, although it is warm for most of the year. The months of October to March are generally regarded as the coolest, with daytime temperatures averaging around 25 °C (77 °F) and rarely venturing above 30 °C (86 °F) with temperatures climbing to over 40 °C (104 °F) degrees in the summer.

 

 

Tuscany is bordered by Emilia Romagna to the north, Liguria to the northwest, the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west and Umbria and Marche to the east. Its landscape consists of two thirds hills, one fourth mountains and the rest is plains that form the Valley of Arno River.

There is a magnificent sea coast and the area is a combination of both cities and countryside, as the rolling hills garlanded with cypress trees, lush wines and olive groves make way for sleepy villages and medieval hill towns. The gorgeous landscape, along with its artistic legacy, definitely make Tuscany a place worth visiting.

 

 

Liguria is ideally situated as it borders France to the west, Piedmont to the north and Emilia Romagna and Tuscany to the east. The two main reasons to visit Liguria are La Riviera di Ponente, the phenomenal coast that stretches from France to Genoa, and La Riviera di Levante, the coast on the Italian peninsula.

The region also has the stunning Cinque Terre (five islands) which are five tiny picturesque fishing villages perched on the rugged, rocky hills that tumble into the Mediterranean. Furthermore, the journey along the Ligurian coast is spectacular as it goes through tunnel after tunnel bursting from darkness into sunlight with the sea sparkling beside. It is majestic place that will engulf all its visitors within its natural surroundings.

 

 

Preveza is a coastal prefecture, one of the four that make Epirus, known for its great variation in landscape ranging from high mountains, plains and gorgeous beaches. Aside from bordering the other three prefectures of Epirus, Preveza also borders the Amvrakikos gulf to the south and the Ioanian Sea to the west.

It is a place that is greatly developed in tourism and has a great number of excellent tourist resorts. The region is also known for its great archaeological finds and has many historical sites to visit such as the Castle of Pantakratoras, the Ruins of Nikopolis (an ancient theatre) and the Nekromanteion.
