Agadir is a seaside city in Morocco, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is the main attraction in Agadir. Agadir has miles of beautiful sandy beaches and the warm climate of the region, makes it a great place to get “winter sun”. As with many other locations in Morocco, there is a definite blend of exotic influences.

There is the Arab influence that is largely seen in the mosques and in some of the architecture. There is also a large French influence, due to the French occupation of Morocco. Many of the names of locations are in French, even today. The region is well known for its seafood, but there is a rich, exotic blend dishes that speak of the diversity of Agadir, and all of Morocco for that matter.
